13) The scammer's "zollinger@toughguy.net and domainsecondhand.com" answer to my questions.

I have asked him to contact with me with his formal email address as he was a president but I have gotten from his fake email address " zollinger@toughguy.net " and did not answer this email instead I have started trying to get my money back from scammer domainsecondhand.com. Anwyay here is the last email between me and this scammer guy "Zollinger". Next are the emails about how I have gotten my money back.

"
I spent even more money on second appraisal and opt-in list.
Our company works as a contractor of a large corporation in Bern, Switzerland. We don't sell anything online, so there is no need in a web
site.
I have a client who is interested in your domain. However, I will not do any business with you unless you send me your excuses. I'm a reputable business \man in Switzerland and you are the first who called me scammer. Is it a common practice in your country? Do you want me to spread information about it among other businessmen?"

12) My answer upon his scammer "zollinger@toughguy.net and domainsecondhand.com" commision request.

My answer upon his scammer "zollinger@toughguy.net and domainsecondhand.com" commision request. I was actually realy angry to be scammed and send this email to the scammer.

"Hi,

Are you playing with me ? Are you a scammer?

1) I have already paid $75 because of you, probably you get some commissions for that, do not you?
2) If you say NO, then prove it and buy the name for only €1000 that is even less than 1/3 of appraisal amount.
3) Also, Where are your formal informations? at least your name and surname?
4) Do not you have an email that is related with your company, ITGN Tech, even you are a president?

If you are not a scammer , answer this email immediately with the answer of above questions.

Note:If you continue playing with me I will submit an FTC complaint.

Bad regards,"

11) His answer to me about his appraisal result.

Here is his appraisal result but again with his fake email address "zollinger@toughguy.net" not from his official address.

"I cannot send this certificate to you, because you may use this appraisal to
promote your name or sell it to somebody else. I can only reveal the final
figure - $5000
Can you give me some time to find a buyer. Then you'll pay me 15% upon sake and we close the deal.
"

10) My answer after I understand that this guy "zollinger and domainsecondhand.com" are only scammers.

After I have made some researches about the domainsecondhand.com and this guy, I have found that all of them are part of a big scam system on the net. Actually, when he has said that I can not pay now and I have made another appraisal on another site and waiting for results. I have waken up :), may be a bit late but it is time to get my money back. But before see my response to him.

"Why have not you mentioned your offer upon the appraisal and in which company you used to appraise, also where is their appraisal result?

Please send me your telephone number and lets decide domain name's price, together on the phone.

Also, please provide;

First & Last Name

Organization Name

Address

City, State/Region & Zip/Postal Code

Telephone Number & Email Address

to transfer the domain to your organization.

In addition, if you want me to trust you and continue our negotiation, please reply me with your formal mail address (related with your company), not this one .

Sincerely,"

9) The scammer's answer upon my appraisal in domainsecondhand.com scammer site.

I have gotten the following email after I have made an appraisal in "scammer domainsecondhand.com" for my domain name and sent it to Zollinger.

"
Your valuation looks reasonable enough and I agree with it.

To get a fair value I ordered another valuation from different site.

Since it's not smart to rely on one valuation only.

I've got the figure already. It's very close the result of your valuation.

Of course, I expected a lower estimation :-).

Anyway, now I see from different sources that your name has a good
potential.
I cannot pay you right now due to expenses I've made during this holiday. But we can arrange the transaction the next week. How do you want to handle it?
"

8) My appraisal results in scammer site domainsecondhand.com

I have made appraisal in domainsecondhand.com and send the results to scammer "Zollinger". Here is my mail.

"Hello,

I have gotten the appraisal result as you see in the following.

According to their analysis, sharesearch.info makes "$4,900 " that nearly equals to "€3500".

It means, we should adjust the price but I would like to know your offer upon this appraisal.

Best regards,"

7) He, scammer "Mr. Zollinger " has forced me to appraise in domainsecondhand.com guess why?

He, scammer "Mr. Zollinger " has forced me to appraise in domainsecondhand.com . The mail below is very good prepared by scammer to make us believe that domainsecondhand.com is a realy good appraisal company especially "human appraisal company" :). I just laugh at them and me :). Ok, here is the email that force me to make appraisal in domainsecondhand.com.

"I cannot accept appraisal from accuratedomains.com since I've never heard
about them.

I researched several companies and here are the results:

I wanted to use Afternic.com, but their service is questionable after all.
Just read this:
http://www.igoldrush.com/links3.htm
"Capsule Review: After lots of complaints, Afternic is no longer a
recommended service. We will re-review the service in the near future."

Another complaint
http://www.out-law.com/page-1630

So we should avoid Afternic.com.

The same is true for GoDaddy and SEDO. Their services are not manual since
they are cheap. Nobody will do a research for several bucks. They are just
collecting money using their well-known names.

I asked about other reputable appraisers in a forum. Several experts
recommended me DomainSecondHands' appraisal service -
http://www.domainsecondhand.com/appraisal.htm as a fast, accurate and
non-expensive (about $70 or something like that) manual service.

I also trust the manual appraisal service from http://www.DomainMart.com but
it's very expensive - $200/hour. This service was also recommended by many
people. If you can afford $200 DomainMart.com's fee it would be great. They
also provide cheap automated service but it's not acceptable."
